This is a beautiful coin purse from the Edwardian era. It measures 3 1/4” long by 1 1/4”. There is 8.5” of beautiful chain. It fits nickels and a dime US. There is a bit of wear on the front and back. But, I did not do a heavy polish on it. It has a lovely designed border but is not very ornate. Possibly in between Edwardian & Deco eras.
It still closes with a nice click. I would love to see this go to a collection rather being scrapped for the gold content. It is a heavy weight at over 44 grams.
