This is a lovely Victorian award pin. It measures 1” in diameter. It is larger than a Quarter.The pin is over 1 1/8” across or long. The award was for “ Throwing Hammer”.
The monogram is AAW. Dated May 30 1902.
It is not hallmarked but tests for silver content.
